Veronica Grey
Veronica Grey was a scientist that worked for the Black Badge Division, who had an affair with Ward Earp, however she'd became pregnant with a son, Johnny Grey.
Not much is known about Veronica's past other than her affair with Ward Earp and the birth of her son. She eventually found employment as a scientist at Black Badge, however, she learned of her employers true intentions and quits. As this was going on, Johnny was diagnosed with a life threatening illness, Veronica created a secret laboratory and stole various experimental agents, that could save her son's life.
Cassidy Adams
Cassidy Adams is a resident of Purgatory, who moved into town after her parents moved from the United States. She joined the US Army after graduating from high school, leaving Purgatory and the Ghost River Triangle. During her time in the Army, she meets Alexander Haught, Nicole's adoptive brother.
Johnny Haught
Johnny Edward Arthur Haught (formerly Grey) is a former Staff Sargent in the United States Army and the younger brother of Nicole Haught. He'd pursued a career in driving race cars, until he was caught in a fatal accident which nearly killed him.
When Johnny was a child, he lost Veronica and Emily in a house fire, due to the actions of his father, Joseph, who became addicted to drugs. Though he survived the fire, he felt self-guilt, blaming himself for not being able to save the two people he cared about the most. Afterwards he was adopted by the Haught family, therefore changing his last name from Grey to Haught. He eventually meets Waverly Earp, who would become his best friend.

Joseph Grey
Joseph Alexander Grey is the father of Johnny Grey and a felon that's incarcerated for arson and murder as well as the distribution of illegal drugs.
Joseph was born in the early 70s to Mr. and Mrs. Grey as the only child. He would meet Veronica in high school and the two got married at the age of 21 and had two children, Emily and Johnny. However despite his "healthy" relationship with his wife, he abused her and their children. Afterwards, Joseph intentionally set his home on fire, burning his wife and daughter alive, but he wasn't aware that Johnny had escaped. Afterwards he's eventually convicted of arson, murder and distribution of drugs, thus separating him from his son and being sent to prison for life.

Johnny was born to Ward Earp and Veronica Grey and is the younger half-brother of Willa, Wynonna and Waverly Earp. He was diagnosed at the age of 10, following nights of vomiting up blood. He soon discovers his sisters and begins to live with them after the death of his mother
