The Gardner Mansion is a residence in the town of Purgatory. It belonged the Gardner siblings' parents before they passed away sometime prior to Shed Your Skin.
Season 2[]
In season 2, the Gardner Mansion serves as the residence for the siblings Mercedes, Beth, and Tucker. In the episode Gonna Getcha Good, The Widows attack Mercedes and Beth, steal their faces, and take over their lives. The Widows presumably resided in the Gardner Mansion throughout the season, while the real Mercedes and Beth were held captive in the basement. During Forever Mine Nevermind, Xavier Dolls was able to rescue Mercedes, but Beth died sometime before he got there.
Season 3[]
Sometime prior to season 3, Mercedes recovered from her wounds and fled Purgatory. Since her two siblings and The Widows are deceased, this has left the mansion abandoned. In Colder Weather, it is revealed that Kate has been squating in the house.
