Melanie Neige Scrofano is a Canadian actress and model.

She started her career at the age of 13 as a model.[1] She has appeared in numerous magazines all over the world as a model.

After receiving success in her modeling career, her agent began submitting her for acting jobs. She appeared in television series like Undressed (1999), Mob Stories (2003), Naked Josh (2004), Beautiful People (2006), Jeff Ltd (2006), Supernatural (2007), etc. She also appeared in films like Baby Blues (2008), Anne of Green Gables: A New Beginning (2008), Manson (2009), Saw VI (2009), etc.

She came into the limelight after playing the roles of Rebecca on the CBC drama-comedy series Being Erica (2009).

Further, in 2010 she worked on Kids in the Hall: Death comes to Town, Pure Pwnage, Covert Affairs, Baxter. Then in 2011, she worked on Mudpit, Rookie Blue, Dave vs Death (TV short), Citizen Gangster, Flashpoint, Edwin Boyd, Stay with me. In July 2015, she was cast in the eponymous lead role on Syfy's fantasy western drama Wynonna Earp, which has 3 seasons and is renewed for a season 4.

Later in 2016, she worked on Happily Ever After, A Sunday Kind of Love, Damien, Bloody Bits: Shorts Compilation Vol. 1 (TV short), A Good Meal, Designated Survivor, and Letterkenny.

In 2018 she worked on Birdland, Frankie Drake Mysteries, The Endings (TV short), and Bad Blood.
