He is the twin brother of Big Bubba, another revenant.

Season 1[]
In Diggin' Up Bones, Wynonna walks in on him doing something rather strange with a crab or fish, wanting to ask him a few questions about Fish's photographer lover. While using torture tactics such as a fish hook in the eye, Vinnie tells Wynonna that Bobo had Doc take Levi over the border. He also begins using voice mimicry on Wynonna, mimicking her father Ward, until she points Peacemaker at him and then sends him to Hell.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Voice Mimicry: Vinnie can mimic the voice of anybody and used the voice of Wynonna's father, Ward, to taunt and mock her.
