Volkov is a minor character in Season 4 of Wynonna Earp.

In Hell Raisin' Good Time, he attends a meeting at BBD Headquarters as a way of coping with trauma he has dealt with.
In Life Turned Her That Way, after capturing Doc and Dallas, he is asked by Graham about the two prisoners in their cell. After mentioning that Dallas is a quarhorn demon and Graham says that already have one, Volkov witnesses another Black Badge member burn Dallas to a crisp.
Later, Volkov leads Doc to a cell and mentions the "ark" to him, while also says it's not an actual ark and needs to relax. He is then threatened by Doc until Jeremy tells Volkov to go home to his family, to which he runs up the stairs.
